Corticalization by means of movements is the main path representing Evolution of Man; it consists of creating new cortical structures (engrams) making new and more complex functions possible.

Which movements lead to Corticalization?

Every step in the evolution path, was taken at every time Man put a "Conscious Effort" in the movement he had to or wanted to learn; repeating these movements with a very conscious effort, built new structures in Man's cerebral cortex, making new and more complex functions possible: that's Evolution! Being aware of this method, we take advantage of it to increase the number of new codes and structures in our cerebral cortex, in the aim to attain better life conditions and better sport performance.

On this purpose, we set special exercises carrying within a specific request for conscious effort, to help people obtain the benefits of CorticalFitnessĀ© training.

These exercises were primarily set for professional and career's needs of the two founders of CorticalFitnessĀ©.

Conscious execution of these exercises brings on such an activity which restores energy even in brain cells function.
