The main muscle involved in this activity is the diaphragm muscle. It is made of both striated (voluntary) and smooth (automatic) muscles.

Applying the Conscious Effort method to the breathing movements, we can raise diaphragm power by training the striated muscles, ensuring a breathing steadily deeper than the previous one.

It does not matter whether you are a performant athlete with an excellent breathing activity: thanks to the diaphragm activation you’ll be allowed of a more performant one.

Speakers, salesmen, lawyers, people who talk long, will take great advantage from this training, as well as drivers/riders, athletes and ordinary people.
